Gym Rental
The Town of Trenton Gym is available to rent for community gatherings, celebrations, meetings, activities, and special events. The facility offers a spacious indoor setting with seating options for approximately 120 guests using round tables, up to 140 guests with a combination of round and rectangular tables, and more than 250 guests with seating only. Rental use also includes access to the kitchen, along with provided tables and chairs at no additional cost.
The gym may be reserved for the approved event date only, with the earliest start time beginning at 8:00 a.m. All events must end, and the building must be cleaned and locked by 10:00 p.m. on the day of the rental.
Guest Capacity
120 seated with round tables, 140 with mixed tables, or 250+ seating only.
Kitchen Access
Kitchen use is included with the rental. Food and beverages must be removed after the event.
Tables & Chairs
Includes 120 chairs, 12 round tables, and 6 rectangular tables.
Rental Hours
Earliest start time is 8:00 a.m. The building must be cleaned and locked by 10:00 p.m.
Town of Trenton
Ballfield Rental
The Town of Trenton Ballfield, located at 210 School Street, is available to rent for practices, games, tournaments, and community activities. The facility is provided in its current as-is condition and may only be used during the approved rental date and time listed on the rental agreement.
Renters are responsible for keeping the ballfield clean, using approved parking areas, following all Town guidelines, and removing trash and food waste at the end of the rental. Alcohol is not allowed on Town of Trenton ballfield property or any Town property.
Rental Fee
$125 daily/tournament fee. Total payment is due before the rental.
Deposit
$25 non-refundable deposit due 7 calendar days before the rental date.
Optional Add-Ons
Ballfield lights and restrooms may be requested for an additional hourly fee.
Weather Policy
Rain outs may be rescheduled. Wet or muddy field conditions may stop use.
Important Rental Notes
- Renter must be at least 21 years old.
- Cash or check only.
- Parking is permitted only on Town grounds and in approved parking areas.
- Concession rights are reserved by the Town of Trenton unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- No alcohol is allowed on ballfield property or any Town property.
